How this all
began:
One morning my
wife was changing our daughterÕs diaper when she proclaimed that this was one
of the messiest diapers ever.
I had to disagree and began to describe the diaper from three oÕclock that
morning. (I saw the one she changed. The one I had to deal with was much worse.) We soon realized that we needed a
common standard with which to compare our experiences. I did a Google on Òdiaper scaleÓ but didnÕt find
anything about how to compare diapers, so I made one!
